1)  Dan Close, Court Appointed Receiver has numerous medical surgical procedures and becomes a RESEARCH PATIENT receiving 18 medical treatments during his receivership at La Jolla Spa MD.

2)  Dan Close’s wife, Donna Close who Dan Close hired to investigate the two sets of Quickbooks with a seven million dollar discrepancy, had a full face laser resurfacing surgery in my Surgical Center during his receivership, while I was removed from my building and businesses by Mr. Dan Close.  

3)  Garrett Close, Dan Close’s son, had acne problems that were seen by Dr. Keel on numerous visits during the receivership.  Garrett Close also received prescriptions at no charge.

4)  Kristen Close, Dan Close’s daughter, enjoyed massages and facials at La Jolla Spa MD during the receivership.
The entire family went on a Christmas shopping spree in the La Jolla Spa MD Boutique during the receivership enjoying robes, lotions, sunscreens, makeup, shaving gels, body scrubs, etc.  (See attached).

On August 31, 2009, Mr. Close went on vacation and was not present when Mitchel Goldman removed the entire SERVER ROOM which removed all of these records just 15 days after I was finally back in my business and building after the MSA was signed.

These records also reveal Attorney, Gordon D. Cruse receiving massages at La Jolla Spa MD from Mary Adams during the receivership, all against the orders by Judge Howatt.
